How we use AI
We write about AI tools, so it would be strange to pretend we don’t use them. Here is exactly how.
AI-assisted, human-edited, sourced
Our articles are drafted with AI assistance and then edited by a person and checked against the vendors’ public documentation before publishing. The facts that matter — what a tool does, how its pricing works, what its data policy says — are grounded in sources we link, not in whatever a model happened to generate.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish invented test results, benchmarks, or scores.
- We don’t let a model make claims about a real product’s pricing or data handling without checking the source.
- We don’t use AI-generated imagery to impersonate real screenshots.
If a page is based on public documentation rather than our own hands-on use, it says so. Corrections are welcome at [email protected].
